Our self-service tools are available for all active bookings, however, if the bookings are amended offline (either via email or phone) by one of our customer service or account managers the booking will lose all its self-service functionalities and will have to be handled offline moving forward.
This means that the self-service options will not be active anymore, including the cancel and refund functionality, and you will have to contact our payment and commissions offline team via email at prepayment.na@bedsonline.com and will have to wait for a resolution.
